PEC is owned and managed by Shirley Mann. The building was designed with layovers in mind.

Large turn around driveway, electrical hookups, 10 stalls, fully matted aisleway and stall floors. In-stall bucket hooks.
Located adjacent to 7372 Plattsburg Road, South Charleston, Ohio, just off I-70 exit 62. The facility offers a quality and safe location for your animals' layover needs.

Lovingly called "The Tent" by our clients, Shirley and Jim take pride in keeping the facility clean and safe. We enjoy sharing our farm with those who are traveling.

PEC MissionOur Passion Is Horses

Having shown and traveled with horses, we understand the need for a safe harbor at the end of a long day so horses can get off the trailer and rest.

What We DoWe Make Our Customers Happy

We personally welcome our customers and answer their questions. Stalls are sanitized and bedded in advance so horses get settled upon arrival.
